We pride ourselves on our expertise of service and experience to make sure your holiday with us is most enjoyable, we want to make sure your stay with us runs as smoothly and comfortable as possible.
Our main aim is to please to achieve re-bookings from our guests year after year which we have many. Our caravan’s are equipped with the equivalent to ‘Gold+’ status caravan’s, well looked after and in as new condition with all mod cons you would expect in a ‘Gold+’ caravan and more.
Caravan Hire Overview
Our Skegness caravans are furnished with a warm homely feel to suit all tastes and fitted with equipment you would expect in a self catering holiday home, including a 32″ flat wide screen digital TV with freeview, DVD player, midi hi-fi with iPod docking station, plus microwave in the kitchen.
All of our caravans are of the same size, with the difference being one offers 2 bed rooms including an on suite and the other 4 has 3 bed rooms, all with pull-out beds within the lounge area.

Now taking bookings for 2023/24 seasons with just an £80 deposit/refundable insurance bond secures any available week.
*** Haven Skegness Holiday Park (formally Richmond), Super exciting news, Haven will be improving the resort with new facilities & improvements investing £11 million pound revamp which is ongoing from Nov 2022 to be completed by summer 2023 & be carried out in 3 stages, we have been advised that these improvements won’t effect the quality of your stay if booking between March & end of July 2023. Note; from 2023 season the main clubhouse show bar and swimming access will be chargeable and paid for direct to Haven after you’ve booked your caravan accommodation they will email you with their pass offers etc. prices are yet to be announced by Haven.
Not forgetting our newly renovated North Parade Holiday Apartment located on Sea View Road, North Parade, Skegness, fully furnished with everything new from late 2022 including new boiler central heating, new kitchen and bedroom plus new shower and toilet room, just been securely fenced & gated with a large patio area & patio set with parasol plus just 2 min to the main North Parade beach without crossing any roads. ideal for couples upto 4, has a double bedroom, large double pull out bed in the lounge, travel cot if required, smart tv with free Netflix/wi-fi access, all fresh bed linen packs rental service too. A must see!
