About Us
Our 5 deluxe caravans accommodation are smartly designed to a deluxe standard, they are well looked after and in as new condition with all mod cons as you’ll expect in a ‘deluxe’ caravan. Smartly equipped with fine clean furnishings with gas fire and a 32″ flat wide screen colour t.v with Free-view digital channels plus DVD player. There’s a well informative ‘Welcome Pack’ provided full of information for the site, Skegness and the surrounding Lincolnshire area with plenty of places to consider visiting whilst on your holidays. We would also appreciate any comments or suggestions in our ‘Guest book’ left in the master bed room to inform us how your stay was with us. The caravan’s are equipped with a hi-spec alarm system linking to the site’s security giving you peace of mind when your out and about, in all of our caravan’s there are fitted with a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for your safety. GAS and ELECTRIC is included – we don’t charge any extra for gas or electric.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with catering equipment for all our guest and includes a kettle, toaster and microwave, slow cooker, the kitchen also includes a gas oven with hob/grill, and fridge. A ironing board with steam iron is supplied for guests use. We have installed oil-filled radiators in all the bed rooms in all our caravan’s for your comfort.
We are proud to announce installation of brand new double glazed windows and doors in 5 of our holiday caravans. There is a 32″ flat screen TV/DVD combi with free view in the master bed rooms.
All 5 of our caravan’s have full size large secure U.P.V.C verandas with Patio furniture area’s.
We provide a baby travel cot for your convenience in each of our caravan’s stored in the main bedroom wardrobe, and we do the change over of the bed linen our selves after every stay in our caravan’s so we know you can be assured that our caravan’s are spotless and can provide freshly washed bed linen packs for guests from just £20 – (£25 after 4 to 8) when you arrive (mattress protectors in bedrooms, sheets, quilts with covers, pillows with cases). This was a big plus for us last season as most caravan owners ask you to take your own. We try to help make your holiday feel home from home when you arrive and all you will need to take is your own towels and tea-towels. Any short breaks of 2 or 3 nights which may be available we will require you to take your own bed linen for economy reasons.
We are also taking bookings for next year please get in touch to book your preferred week and beat the rest with your preferred caravan and week, all we require is a £80 deposit/refundable insurance bond and the full holiday payment can be paid up to 8 weeks before your holiday start date if you wish. We can also accommodate a monthly payment plan if this helps.
We found we can’t list all prices on our web site as we would like because the market is very competitive and our competitors would undercut any price we list as happened last year, this in no way means we’re expensive, quite the opposite we have to compete with our competitors who could be offering a less comfortable caravan experience with fewer facilities please use our ‘contact us’ page or give us a call for prices, we hope you can understand our frustration in this matter.

We are privileged that all of our caravan’s are located on excellent plots on site (please see site map at the bottom of all our availability pages). The site is just a 5 minute stroll away to a Tesco super store next to the bus and train station in the centre of Skegness with a Lidl, Morrison’s and Iceland near by.
We’ve had caravan’s at the now Haven Skegness Holiday Park ( formally Richmond) since 2008 and have a huge positive response from our guests in regards to the quality and size of our large luxury caravans, many re-book for the following season!
Please note that a £80 refundable insurance bond is required which will be refunded up to 10 days after your holiday providing there is no damages or breakages and the caravan is left clean and tidy as when you arrived, please refer to our Terms page for full details.
Payments are preferred by bank transfer in to our Halifax or Barclay’s bank account via your local branch, or via internet banking to secure the fastest way, or cheque, postal order. Please see our Deposit & Payments page for full details.
All we ask is that you respect our holiday homes & on your departure date leave the caravan in the same condition as when you arrived, we check our own caravans & change bed linen so have no third party cleaners etc. Please note no unsupervised children with felt-tip pens or crayons as we had a bad experience last season!
Haven Skegness Holiday Park Resort has an ongoing excellent entertainments program through out the season which includes live music, comedians, family shows and lots more! Some special great theme night weekends Fri-Mon within the low season, all entry passes for the show-bar and swimming can be purchased directly with Haven at the reception or through their website if required, just ask for the flyer on your arrival for shows that’s on during your stay, this also includes the low season festival weekenders – 60’s music festival weekends with over 10 original artists, 50’s Rock n Roll festival weekends and the country and western weekends. (please note that in low season the entertainment will be low key at times as per all caravan sites that offer entertainment).
Haven Holidays now have taken over Richmond in Feb 2022, from 2023 season the main clubhouse show bar and swimming access will be chargeable and paid for direct to Haven either through their website or upon your arrival.
On site you will find a supermarket, café and fish ‘n’ chip shop, launderette, hair salon, chiropodist, children’s out door play area with recreational field, large arcade, family room (Rendezvous Bar) with free Wi-Fi Internet hot-spot access, large clubhouse main ballroom, Old Town Tavern family pub, lounge bar, large indoor heated swimming pool (under 14’s have to have an adult in the water with them), spar and Jacuzzi (there will be a charge for the use of the whirlpool spa and Jacuzzi)
Sorry for hygiene & allergy reasons & due to our caravans being made-up to a deluxe standard no dogs or pets are allowed to stay in our caravans as a rule unless certain criteria can be guaranteed, please enquire.

A gentle stroll brings you to the bustling resort of Skegness, with its funfairs, sandy beaches and donkey rides. Walks in the countryside are just a short drive away. Many of our visitors are drawn to the unspoilt beauty of the Wolds or the wild, open scenery of the nearby Gibraltar Point nature reserve. Others head for farm parks, historic castles or the local golf courses. This stretch of Lincolnshire coast offers many lovely days out, all easily reached by car, or by public transport from the nearby coach and railway stations. And for pure relaxation there are those long, lazy hours spent in the Richmond’s own modern leisure complex, complete with heated indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool spa or you can top up your tan on a sun bed. (local charge payable for sauna, whirlpool spa & sun beds).
